About Academies to Work

Since 2015, the Academies to Work (ATW) program has operated under Denver Housing Authority's Resident and Community Connections department with a mission to impact the economic mobility of Denver residents through employment and training opportunities.

 

ATW provides wrap-around employment services to low-income Denver residents, emphasizing training and industry-driven, nationally recognized certificate completion. ATW services include skill assessments, career exploration, employment readiness, soft skill development, resume assistance, interview preparation, transportation assistance, childcare reimbursement, and free professional training academies.
