About the event
The Certified Medical Administrative Assistant (CMAA) program prepares participants for a career in healthcare administration. Students will develop essential skills in patient scheduling, medical office procedures, communication, record management, and professional customer service. Upon completion of the training, participants will have the opportunity to earn the National Healthcareer Association (NHA) Certified Medical Administrative Assistant (CMAA) certification, helping them build the knowledge and confidence needed to pursue employment in medical offices, clinics, and other healthcare settings.
